I just got back from a fantastic break that really highlighted the importance of taking a breather. It was amazing to go on some epic hikes in Acadia National Park and enjoy peaceful moments in nature, away from the hustle and bustle. While the teenagers weren't quite as thrilled with disconnecting (teenagers, right?), it was a wonderful experience.
